Jennifer Schwendimann has been in the 911 industry for over 16 years. She currently serves as the Training Coordinator for the Tennessee Emergency Communications Board. She began her career at a local PSAP in middle Tennessee dispatching police, fire, and EMS. She served as Training and Quality Assurance Coordinator and certified APCO instructor at the local PSAP. She later became Operations Manager before transitioning to the state. She became more involved in APCO by serving on committees at the chapter and national level. Jennifer joined the Tennessee APCO Chapter Executive Board in 2019.
