About Me

Patrice Coleman is enthusiastic about forward thinking in public safety communications and working for causes that benefit others. With 22 years of public-safety communications experience at the Metropolitan Nashville Department of Emergency Communications, she serves as the agency’s Assistant Director of Support Services. Her professional certifications include Certified Public-Safety Executive (CPE), Emergency Number Professional (ENP), Registered Public Safety Leader (RPL), and Center Manager Certification Program (CMCP). Patrice is also a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. She has provided leadership during Nashville disaster events, dating back to the Historic Flood of 2010. Moving through life with a greater purpose in mind, Patrice is passionate about volunteering as part of your lifestyle. Her greatest joy is spending quality time with her family.
