My name is Sebrina Jackson. I am a dedicated and experienced Emergency Telecommunications Supervisor, with Metro Nashville Department of Emergency Communications. I have over 23 years of public safety experience. During that time, I’ve become skilled in public safety communications operations and tactical dispatch. I’ve managed large scale events and incidents. I am a certified ENP, CMCP, RPL, COML, and TERT Leader. I am the tactical dispatch/TERT supervisor coordinating over 700 planned events and unplanned incidents each year. As an operations supervisor, I performed administrative, supervisory, and technical duties to ensure efficient operation of the Emergency Communications Center and maintain compliance with established policies, procedures, rules and regulations, as well as local, state, and federal laws. I coordinated with other on duty supervisors to manage a shift of approximately 36 employees. Personally, I am a nerd/comic con enthusiast. Also, I am a student at Middle Tennessee State University. I will be graduating this May with a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Studies with a Public Safety emphasis.
